We can take you and up to 28 of your friends on a fishing charter cruise around Vancouver's famous Burrard Inlet, in search of that Trophy Coho or the elusive monsters of the sea, Chinook.
Where are we?
Centrally located in Downtown Vancouver at the Plaza of Nations
Marina, we are within minutes of all major down town hotel and just Vancouver's vibrant night life.
If yours arms aren't stretched enough after a days fishing and crabbing, and the group wants to head to a local pub to share a few stories, just let us know in advance and we can arrange transport.
What types of Fishing Charters does Golden Eagle Charters do?
Fishing Charter Cruises are a great way for friends and family to spend you time on the water. Golden Eagle Charters all the gear on board to troll around for hours on end, all you have to do is enjoy yourselves and wait for a bite!
But keep those ears and eyes open, as before you know you could be fighting one on one with some of Vancouver's finest Salmon fishing.
Along the way we like to drop a few crab pots, if the fish aren't biting then we can always try for a feed of local Dungeness crab. The suspense as the pots are pulled from the depths leaves even the most seasoned fishermens jaw on the deck.
With Golden Eagle Charters all you have to do is sit back and relax and we will do the rest. Our recently refurbished cabins, and the 360 degree view sun deck, givescharter patrons a scenic and peaceful environment to enjoy the Fishing Charter, and all the beautiful surroundings that Vancouver has to offer.

Food and Refreshments?
What's a Fishing Charter Cruise with out the best in food and drink. Golden Eagle Charters can arrange catering or we allow you to bring a long your own selection food and drink.
Most Charters groups like to bring along a few alcoholic drinks, which is fine but make sure they are cans only. We do have a large cooler box on board, but also recommend bringing your own as we all know one is never enough especially if they start filling up with salmon or crab!
If you feel like cooking up a storm, we also have a barbecue on board ready to cook a feast fit for a king.
Music?
We encourage patrons to bring an ipod or similar portable music devise a long for the Vancouver Fishing Charter Cruise. It can then be plugged in to our on board sound system to really get you and your friends in the mood to catch the fish of a life time!
Golden Eagle Charters Fishing Charter Tips
- Fishing Charters on Golden Eagle IV are full catered for when it comes to tackle. All you need to bring is yourself. If you have a particular lure or rod you would like to bring along then fee free. Note we can only troll 4 rods at the time.
- Salmon are a seasonal fish. Depending on the time of year you may encounter up to 4 different types of of Vancouver's local Salmon.
- Remember no female crabs can be kept. They are great for a quick photo but must be carefully returned to the ocean where they came.
- Make sure you estimate the total costs ahead of time including transport, drinks, food etc. Try and get all the money collected before the event to avoid any confusion.
- Take care of any guests who may have drank too much and make sure they get home safely.
