Cayene pepper according to taste. The cooking method:The cooking method is extremely simple for this variety of crab cake. All you need to do is mix all the ingredients and form several small cakes. Then saute the cakes into butter until they turn brown on both the sides. Once they turn brown, they are ready to be served. Recipe # 2 Ingredients: 1 cup of bread cubes. ¾ pound of cooked and shredded crab meat. 1 ½ teaspoon of french mustard. 2 small eggs. ½ tablespoon of worcestershire sauce. ½ teaspoon of pepper. ½ teaspoon of seasoning or salt. Method of cooking:Once again, combine all the ingredients and form small cakes. Then take a heavy skillet and saute the crab cakes in butter. Fry both sides as long as they turn brown on both the sides. This might take around 7-8 minutes. Serve them while they are still hot. Recipe # 3 Ingredients: 1 pound of cooked crab meat. 1 teaspoon of salt. 1 beaten egg. ¼ cup of chopped parsley. ½ teaspoon of pepper. ½ cup of mayonnaise. ¼ teaspoon of dry mustard. 1 cup of bread crumbs. 6 tablespoons of butter. ¼ teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Method of cooking: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the bread crumbs and the butter. Shape the mixture in small cakes, using 1/3 to ½ cup for each cake. Then coat the cakes with bread crumbs. Place the cakes on a plate and freeze them for two hours. Now melt the butter in a 10" skillet.

Fry the crab cakes in butter until they turn golden on both the sides. Once done, the crab cakes are ready to be served. The above mentioned Seafood recipes are great way to treat guests with homemade food. And they are so easy to make too.
